Assistant to the Dean of Culture

Seeking a dedicated and community-centered individual to serve as Assistant to the Dean of Culture. This role plays a vital part in fostering a school culture rooted in justice, dignity, and collective growth. The ideal candidate will be passionate about social justice, student support, and culturally responsive practices. They will assist in the implementation of programs and initiatives aligned with the teachings of Ricardo Flores Magón and the school’s core values: Dignity, Humility, Problem Solving, Unity, and Diligence. Some key elements to this position include; community celebrations and events, Caracol program support, values integration, cultural stewardship and social justice.
Lunch/Recess Monitor K-5

Seeking a caring, reliable, and attentive Lunch and Recess Monitor to support our K–5 students during lunchtime and recess. This role is essential in ensuring a safe, respectful, and joyful environment where students can eat, play, and build positive relationships. K-5 Classroom Support

Seeking a compassionate and dependable individual to provide in-class support to teachers and students in our K–5 classrooms. This role helps ensure a positive, engaging, and productive learning environment by assisting with academic, behavioral, and organizational needs. Some key elements to this position include; Support classroom teachers with instructional activities, small group work, and one-on-one student support, assist with classroom management and reinforce school-wide expectations and routines, and help prepare materials, organize learning spaces, and provide supervision during transitions.
Assistant to the Athletic Director

Seeking a responsible, energetic, and team-oriented Assistant to the Athletic Director. This role supports the daily operations of the athletic program, helping ensure practices, events, and facilities run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have a passion for youth athletics and be ready to assist with everything from logistics to on-the-court support. This could include assisting with setting up and breaking down equipment for practices, games, and events, helping keep the gym and athletic storage areas clean, safe, and well-organized, and supervise students during athletic activities and model sportsmanship and school values.
Marketing / Social Media Intern

This role supports the schools social media account activity, participates in school photography, marketing and outreach efforts and initiatives, and sponsorship program. The ideal candidate would enjoy working with other organizations in the area, has a passionate interest in cultivating a vibrant online presence, and assists with various programming throughout the school.
